This could be the proudest moment of my life, as a bad drawing of critic, playwright, singer and bon viveur Eric Bentley appears at the esteemed picture-blog If Charlie Parker Were a Gunslinger There’d Be a Whole Lot of Dead Copycats. The sketch, which accompanies this week’s edition of Radio Free Gunslinger, that podcast of podcasts, was executed by my own trembling hand.
