Peter B was on fire for his first four or five films, and a sympathetic viewing reveals strengths in many of the others. He was a touch derivative, but he was GOOD AT IT. But he's had a weird career and seems to have been counted out of the game by a lot of people. Which is a pain as he's one of the best hopes we have for getting Welles' Other Side of the Wind finished.

I guess that the BULLIT carchase isn't the definitive Frisco carchase after all.
I have clearly underestimated "Boggy"
